Is leak(test) protection important?

Personal firewalls protect their users against various malware techniques. The outbound connection control is a standard feature today. In this survey, we ask you how important is this feature to you. There were implemented many programs (called leak-tests) to test the quality of the outbound connection control of personal firewalls.
